About Driveway Gates
Who runs Driveway Gates, what happens when you send your number, and where the prices come from.
Who runs it
Driveway Gates is an introduction service run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland.
What this site does
Driveway Gates shows what driveway gates cost in Ireland, from installers' own published prices, and explains the choices: sliding or swing, manual or electric, materials, motors and planning. Every price is dated, says whether VAT is stated, and links to its source. We re-read the sources on 28 October 2026.
Who gets your request
One gate installer who covers your county. Your number isn't sent to a list of companies. The installer rings you, asks about the entrance, usually looks at the site, and gives you a fixed price. Nothing is booked unless you say yes.
Listing a company's prices on this site doesn't mean it's the installer we pass your request to.
What the price check does
It asks four things: swing or sliding, the material, manual or electric, and the width. It then shows the published installed range for that kind of gate. It's a guide from public prices, not a quote. The installer gives you the fixed price.
How we keep the figures right
We only use what a source says on its own page, with its date and VAT status. If a figure can't be confirmed at its source, we leave it out. Planning facts come from council guidance, and safety facts from the Health and Safety Authority.
What we don't do
We don't make, sell or fit gates, and we don't give planning or legal advice.

Questions about this site
Is this site a gate company?
No. It's an introduction service. We pass your request to one gate installer who covers your county.
Does it cost me anything?
No. The price check and the callback are free.
Who will ring me?
We pass your request to one gate installer who covers your county. Your number isn't sent to a list. They ring you, ask about the entrance, usually look at the site, and give you a fixed price. Nothing is booked until you say yes. Listing a company's prices here doesn't mean it's the one we pass you to.
Where do the prices come from?
Irish gate installers' and guides' own published pages: BM Alarm Systems, FÁLÚ, Cork Security Gates and ShamFix.ie, re-read 28 October 2026.
Is the planning information official?
No. It's a plain-English summary of council guidance, with links. Your council decides, and a Section 5 declaration gives a formal answer.
